WRITING
The sage was more likely crazy and rather bold if he was heading to North territory to just understand the wizards there better. He trusted everyone’s opinions wholeheartedly despite his reason for going up North says otherwise, but Akira felt like it was more so one-sided or people were too afraid to speak their minds about the northern wizards due to the intimidating presence they have along with who they are exactly. Owen was as despicable of a being and owned up to the fears of everyone, Bradley was less dangerous than Owen but still needed to keep their guards up. Then there was Mithra, an actual frankenstein of a being who looms over people with a sense of impending doom just by his presence alone. While he seemed to be a type of wizard that could be approachable, the words that escaped his lips said otherwise and oozed with such a cold tone that was masked under a tired, unphased expression. Akira was more so very curious as to what Mithra was really like if he just pushed all those rumors and gossip to the side.
As Akira finally arrives in North Country, the climate change goes from a warm sunshine to being greeted with sub zero cold weather. He shivers but he does not let that stop him as Akira pushes forward, looking around for Mithra or at least a sign that he was here. The sage kept calling out his name as if he were a missing child in search of their parents, trudging onwards as he did this for the next few minutes or so. Alas, it only seemed like he was just going in a circle as there wasn’t a single indicator that told him Mithra was even here right now to begin with.
“I should probably head back to Central…” Akira mutters to himself, now turning on his heel before he bumps into a large frame - or rather a large figure. Looking up, there was Mithra right behind him staring him down with emerald orbs that blink at him slowly. It was bothersome enough that Owen liked to annoy him on the daily, and now the Sage was calling out for him. There was nothing much he could do or rather he had nothing in mind in terms of plans so he decided to be useful for once.
“I’m right here.” Mithra speaks with disinterest but still gives Akira the time of day to talk with him however. “What do you need from me, Master Sage?”
“Oh! I just,” Akira scrambles in his mind to find the right words for a moment, “Well.. I just wanted to get to know you better is all! I figured that it would be best to learn more about who you are than just believe the rumors.” he gives Mithra a genuine smile.
Mithra only sighs, frowning slightly. It's not as if the topic about himself was something he was not going to share with Akira, frankly enough. In fact, he could simply care less about what opinions and other things people could be saying about him. At the end of the day, they were annoying as mice running around and squeaking about makes him want to crush the noises they make. Still better to comply, seeing that if he did refuse to say a word Oz would not show up either way.
“Fine.” Mithra sighs which makes Akira smile happily, now letting the Sage lead him away. He seemed interesting enough which piqued a small curiosity in Mithra alone. Perhaps he will let this play out and see how it goes from here.
